Our team of case managers, family advocates, and community liaisons walk alongside parents and caregivers every step of the way—offering guidance, resources, and hope when it’s needed most.

Catholic Community Services (CCS) operates as a community-based program of Catholic Charities of Philadelphia and serves as a Community Umbrella Agency (CUA) designated by the Philadelphia Department of Human Services (DHS).
