Building safety, stability, and strength before crisis begins.
Partner with Us
The Prevention & Intervention Department strengthens families by connecting them to vital supports and resources that ensure safety, stability, and overall well-being. The team also advocates for families experiencing crisis or transition, helping them navigate challenges with care and dignity.
At Catholic Community Services, our Prevention & Intervention Team uses a strength-based approach to engage parents and families. Our team members supervise family visits, support medical and behavioral health needs, and actively engage all caregivers — including fathers — in every step of the process. We recruit potential foster homes, connect with at-risk youth, and host meaningful community events such as Parent Cafés, which help families build relationships, develop social skills, and strengthen their support networks.
Participation in our programs is open to all families — no Department of Human Services involvement is required to receive support, resources, or care.

Connecting families to the resources, relationships, and stability they need to thrive.
