CUA Aftercare Worker

Aftercare Workers help families maintain stability and safety after case closure. They provide follow-up support, connect families with community resources, and ensure that youth remain in secure, permanent homes. This role is key to helping families continue thriving beyond formal child welfare services.

CUA Case Manager

Case Managers are the bridge between families, children, and community supports. They assess family strengths, coordinate services, and ensure each child’s safety and well-being through hands-on case planning. This position plays a vital role in guiding families toward stability, reunification, and long-term success.

CUA Driver

Drivers provide safe, reliable transportation for children and families served by CCS. Whether taking clients to appointments, community events, or visitation, Drivers ensure every trip supports family engagement, connection, and access to essential resources.

CUA Parent Mentor

Parent Mentors bring lived experience and empathy to families navigating the child welfare system. They offer guidance, encouragement, and advocacy to help parents strengthen relationships, understand the system, and build confidence on their path to reunification and lasting stability.

CUA Well-Being Specialist

Well-being specialists focus on the health and overall well-being of children and families. They coordinate medical, dental, and behavioral health care, ensuring every child receives proper treatment and support. Their work helps families stay healthy, informed, and connected to vital care resources.
